Dolphin Marina and Cottages features cozy guest cottages located on the picturesque waters of Newfound Harbor, just south of Big Pine Key, Florida. We are located 120 miles from Miami, 22 miles from Marathon and just 28 miles from historic Key West. We are also the closest lodging to Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary where you will find some of the Florida Keys finest snorkeling and diving.

One of our cottages overlooks the water while two other buildings contain one and two bedroom units and enjoy lush tropical foliage. All rooms have refrigerators, coffee makers and cable TV. Our island-style cottages vary in size and are fully furnished and newly renovated. Most are equipped with full kitchens and screened porches. From single travelers, to couples in search of a quiet getaway, to families traveling with children, we have rooms to fit everyone’s needs. You can also consider Dolphin Marina and Cottages for your company retreat or family reunion. We do permit pets up to 20 pounds, with a maximum of two per room. There will be a $35 per pet, cleaning fee once per visit.

Bring your own boat or rent one of ours. We have a new fleet of TwinVee rental boats ready for you to enjoy the day on the water. We offer dockage, boat ramp, marina store, a fuel dock featuring non-ethanol fuel and trailer parking.
